Jay Lake
Jay Lake is set on the edge of the Brenne national park in 50 acres of private grounds, jay lake is 10 acres and stream fed, surounded by beautiful veiws. The lake and stone buildings are 220 years old , with an amazing stock of Carp up to 62lb. There is plenty to see and do in the local area, with lot's of great resturants, shopping in the riverside town of le Blanc which is 20 minutes away, or Chatillon sur Indre, which is 10 minutes, Jay Lake is the perfect french carp fishing holiday destination with superb accommodation & pool along with beautiful big carp.
The current stock is 180 fish with the majority over 30lb lots of 40lb+ and at least 6 over 50lb to 62lb. There are depths of 1 to 3 meters and there are 8 swims to choose from

The House overlooks the lake and swimming pool with 3 bedroom's plus free wifi.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with juliet balcony and ensuite with a bath plus toilet.
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and an ensuite with shower plus toilet.
3rd bedroom has a single bed that pull's out to make a kingsize bed
There is a downstairs shower room & wc, a large living dinning room with table and 6 chairs complete with widescreen tv with all uk freeveiw channels. The kitchen has buit in double oven, 5 ring hob, built in microwave, dishwasher and american fridge/freezer,granite worktops and everthing you could need for cooking with. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The house has a large verander with table and 6 chairs, bait freezer and charging station, The heated swimming pool overlooks the lake and will be open May to September, there is a raised decking area which conceals the swimming pool cover. Next to the pool there is a graveled BBQ area, further seating. the house and lake is for Exclusive use only
