•  No smoking in the house please use ashtrays provided.
• No pets.
• Please do not flush down the toilet any sanitary products, nappies, baby wipes etc. French plumbing cannot handle baby wipes etc and will block. 
• Please do not use any bleach products, this interferes with the workings of the septic tank.
  

Swimming Pool Rules

• No glass of any description in the swimming pool area. If you want to drink in the pool area please use the plastic cups provided in the kitchen. 
• No diving​ .
• ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL AND LAKE.
• When the pool is not in use the cover must be on at all the time. This is for your safety. The safety cover is fixed in place with 2 security fixings. Only adults are to remove this cover and by removing the cover they are taking responsibly for the safety of the pool. Please ensure you lock the cover back in place when you are not using the pool or unable to supervise.
  
• All guests use the house, lake and the grounds at their own risk.
• All guests take full responsibility for any minors in their charge.
• All guests take full responsibility for any damages caused to the property or its contents and agree to pay for replacement or repair.
